- Projects outside 25 mile radius of MM facility. Mileage cost will apply.

- This price includes a materials package cost of $4350 and labor for same at $3950

Special Kitchen Makeover $8300
- Refinish & repaint all wood cabinet doors, drawer faces, face frames (up to 20 LF)
- Reinstall doors, drawers and existing hinges and pulls-handles
- Install new granite, category 1 colors, up to 40 Sq.ft. of tops and splashes included.
- Granite, 4” tall backsplashes.
- Install a new stainless steel sink in 50/50, 60/40, or trough design.
- Remove existing plastic laminate countertops and discard them.
- Reconnect existing plumbing. Set existing stove.
- Clean up and discard all trash and removed items as needed.
- Includes our written 1-year warranty
- New Huntington Brass faucet and sink drains, in chrome, along with swap and plumb.
